"An unpleasant and horrible journey to Serena Hotel Faisalabad. Had a scheduled conference and series of meetings for few hours in Faisalabad. After checking in at Serena Faisalabad around 1 pm and was really energetic to work on our future plans and goals by the time we finished at around 4 pm. Excited to leave for home and apply the discussed conclusions with clients. A shocking surprise was waiting when the valet parking guy told us that our car windscreen is broken by the cricket ball hit from the neighborhood kids playing Whooooopppp!!! Are you kidding me!!?? After hours and hours of waiting and listening the lame excuses by the hotel line management. Been badly stuck in the situation till 10 pm! The blame game was fully ON! Sticking to our seats they had to call the security in charge for the "settlement discussion" session! After 10 pm we been told to write an application to request to compensate the damage. We did it... But to my surprise they just signed and no stamp, no letterhead acknowledgement. After the resistance arguments they told that only signature of receiving is enough for the proof! Exhausted with the delay game it was clearly seem like the management staff who were responsible to take care the matter was least bothered and in fact were not willing to take care of situation seriously. Disappointed and empty handed had to leave for home at midnight. Lesson learned: 1) Never handover your car to these valet parking staff if you do not want your vehicles to be ruined. 2) Top brands really don't care about customers' grievances. Still the management of Serena has now totally refused to help me which they promised to accommodate me and took my complete documents for third party insurance claim, after 20 days now they say we cannot do anything. Kindly it is requested to investigate and reimburse me payments."
"We visited Shigar Fort, managed by Serena Hotels, in Skardu. A most peaceful and pleasant experience. Especially loved the sound of water stream flowing right out side our room. Great service and good food. Abundance of RED CHERRYs and a lot of places to seek for the adventure types."

Treasuring Our Heritage:
Tourism is about people, and we believe in introducing our visitors to the real character of their hosts. Both East Africa and southern Asia offer unusually complex and colorful ethic tapestries, featuring a charismatic mix of peoples ranging from the scarlet-cloaked Maasai, to the vibrant Baluch people of southeast Pakistan. This heritage is, however, fragile; and in order that it may be both preserved and nurtured for the future, we believe that the benefits of tourism must be shared with the local community.
