"I used Shahid Coach Service for my journey from Mingora-Swat to Lahore and the experience was not very good. First of all the hostess behavior was not very nice, she spilled water over me the first time the second time I was sitting in my own position and she came and moved my hand forcefully and told me to sit properly even though I was sitting properly. It is very disappointing to see such poor customer service! "
