"Well we were used to shop from Swera Store 3 to 4 years back, but some facilities are lacking there, like segregation notes for various items and discount offers. Recently my family visited the Store on 26.02.2019 and purchased few things along with crockery set for my relative. One plate broken on the spot by attending boy however their supervisor committed that replacement will be arranged soon. So I am continuously following up since then and asking the supervisor but unfortunately every time a new story is told to me. Can the store management help me to resolve this issue? Payment slip against said crockery set is available with me as proof of purchase. This sort of attitude is not right and not conducive for customers to visit the store again."
"A neat place to shop but unfortunately there are no guide-boards placed at the store premises to inform customers what products are placed on which floor. This could be very helpful, especially for new visitors to your department store."
