My daughter wanted to apply for foreign scholarship online but the HEC website does not respond and seems server is stuck or overloaded. She could not apply and missed the opportunity. Very sad state of affairs especially with the educated people running the show."

"I visited HEC offices on 18-Sep-2013 at 6 am in the morning and waited for token for almost 3 hours. Finally got the token after a long wait. In short no arrangements for sitting except some chairs, not even any fan. Just want to say that people planning to visit HEC should arrange for some ea-tables and water. One good thing though the staff was well mannered and professional."
