"I placed the order dated 22-3-2024 on online website and pay the amount by card. Today, 30-3-2024, I received a call from the Dawai.pk (021-111-329-224) informing me that they don't have some of the mentioned medicines, so they are to refund my cash back. From the day of order I have called them a lot of times but no one is there to answer the calls. This is very unprofessional attitude from your side please resolve my issue as soon as possible and dispatch my order with the refund amount."
