"I had purchased two articles of your ready to wear trousers on 12-June-2017 from Koh-e-Noor City, Madina Town, Faisalabad outlet. Your Product code EWPBF17219 and EWPBF17214 both In MEDIUM Size. My experience is very disappointing. First of all I was shocked when I put these trousers on at home, I was much surprised when to find that the length of large size is smaller than medium size. My astonishment does not end here. I was more disappointed when I came to know that the length of both trousers vary from each other. Again I visited your outlet and requested your sale staff to exchange with correct length in same article code EWPBF17214. He checked and measured many articles in the same code but the length varied from each other. Even in large size of said code length is 36inches and in medium size length is 37inches. And in other article code EWPBF17219 the medium length size is 40inches. On finding this I suggested to your staff to report this to your production department. But strangely they started giving me lame excuses. I contact your sale staff and requested them to return the defective piece of trousers. But they totally refused! I requested them that it is a major manufacturing defect of your product and customer shout not be punished for that.They not totally refuse to admit the fact but also misbehaved and the dealing was not professional. I am much disappointed from the quality and customer satisfaction of your brand. My experience of shopping has been extremely disappointing."

"I’m escalating two consecutive incidents pertaining to your unprofessional and discourteous male Customer Service Representative working at Ethenic outlet at Dolmin Mall, Clifton, Karachi. Both scathing incidents occurred today on Mother’s Day 14th of May 2017 and left a despicable impression of your staff’s attitude on my wife and family. Incident No. 1 - 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM: Throughout the first visit there were very few shoppers in the store, my wife asked store’s only present CSR to show her a suite that she liked from the display which CSR rudely declined stating that it is out of stock and the only available piece is already on display, go check it yourself. Incident No. 2 - 2:00 PM to 02:30 PM: During the second visit of my wife along with few relatives, she got very upset when she co-incidentally witnessed the very same out of stock suit being offered to another shopper by the very same male CSR. Upon inquiring this male CSR started insultingly and senselessly arguing, stating that “by the time he found one available piece of the same suit in back store, you had already left the shop”. At that moment another female CSR approached my wife and after apologizing for all the inconvenience caused by this male CSR, offered a different suit, at that instance the male CSR again jumped in the conversation and in presence of other shoppers uttered “Ab aap ko mill gya suit, ab aap jaen”. After being victim of those contemptuous remarks my wife refused to buy anything from the outlet and left in tears of melancholy. My entreaty is that Ethnic management should immediately verify both incidents from the outlet’s CCTV recordings for the given time frames and for the sake of your brand's reputation take strenuous action against the reported male CSR."
