"After too many attempts and giving unlimited chances to customer service representatives, I want to record my peaceful protest here. It's been two months now, since I have been struggling with discontinuity of internet connection. I have approached the customer service representatives several times but they gave me false hopes and don't fix the problem. I have called a few times on the helpline number but not get satisfactory response. I have also met people who are closing their Fiberlink connection just because of poor services. I believe good customer services are the pillars of a successful organisation. Hope this review will motivate the management of this internet company to improve their services."

"We have been using internet services from Fiberlink since the past three years. We have got close to 90% up time from them which is quite good by local standards. The frustrating bit is that when they are down for the 10%, their support staff vanishes. No kind of advance intimation of a down time. No effort in informing the clients of the problem and how long it will take to fix it. After launching a complain and waiting for three days, we had to visit their office in Clifton, Karachi. Met with their manager Mr. Zeeshan who was unaware of our complain but was kind enough to send a technician immediately to resolve our issue. It is suggested that the complaint management system should be improved. "
"Unfortunately my experience with Fiberlink has been very bad! Maybe because I am in Lahore and the company has not been able to keep up with the customer services standards here. It has been two months since I applied for an internet connection but still not been able to get it commissioned up till now! The worst part is that the local representatives are not even picking up my phone calls any more!!!"
"I have used most of the ISP's available in Karachi including Fariya, Connect, PTCL, Wateen, Qubee but none of them can compete with the service and quality of FiberLink. I'm currently using their services and I have to say that they have the best service in terms of: 1. Speed (It's always constant) 2. Latency (never above 5~7) 3. Customer Support (Available 24/7 and there is hardly any downtime) 4. Representatives at FiberLink are always very helpful."
