"Water quality is okay but Nestle does not deliver the water at your doorstep anymore. They make fake promises and lame excuses. If you are willing to buy refills from nearby shops then go for it otherwise it’s a hassle. I have switched to water purification tablets and I am happy with my decision."

Company allotted me the registration number 166511 for further correspondence and assured to deliver bottles in the next 6 working days. After a long wait, I made number of calls for the confirmation of my order. On May 6 (with Mr. Bilal), on May 09 (with Mr. Umer), on May 16 (with Miss Anam), on May 20 (again with Mr. Umer), on May 23rd (again with Miss Anam) and all of them assured repeatedly to make Nestle water home delivery as early as possible. Now, today, when I again called them for the reminder, Miss Benish replied that promotion scheme closed on May 30th and company decided to cancel all pending requests. What a non-sense reply from the entire Nestle staff. Nestle is a world class brand but sorry to say, it's Karachi office is even not capable to work with a local supplier. If company wants to save their prestige and image, such in-competent staff need to be terminate!"

"I am getting Nestle Pure Life since the company was owned by AVA in Islamabad. It was an excellent service then but now in complete shambles. Home delivery is worst because corporate clients get priority for reasons best known to the Company. Complaints are never responded and we keep waiting for as long as ten minutes on hold on the tele to talk to them. No body is interested in customer feedback. I tried my best to talk to a senior employee to register my complaints but numbers are not provided. I would like a senior member to atleast hear our complaints. The efficiency is now at its lowest. Somebody should rescue it!"
