"Lodged Petition against Ref No. 08-11261-0142210-U for correction of address at office of SDO Mustafa Town, Sub Division on 30th Sep 2019. Further complaint at CSC twice, sent SMS messages to SDO/Xen concerned but all in vain. Still facing difficulties in receipt of electricity bills at home address."
