"I am a regular Generation costumer but sad to say that their customer service is simply very poor. Generation online service team is incapable of delivering the right articles to their online customers. It has happened twice with me, that a wrong article was delivered, and after that they don't even bother to give you a refund nor replace the article. This is totally against customer rights and unethical e-commerce practices. The Generation management should look into this matter. I have dealt with Gul Ahmed and Khaadi and they take the wrongly delivered parcel and then deliver the right articles on their own. It's a shame how Generation online service deals with its regular customers. They don't know the basic online service rules and regulations."
"I have been a regular customer at Generation. I buy clothes from almost every brand but the dealing with customers at Generation is really rude. I bought a shirt from Generation which was damaged. When I claimed with the tag attached, instead of being apologetic they told me that maybe I have torn the shirt myself. I have claimed damaged and defective merchandise at Khaddi and Junaid Jamshed. They have always accepted it without saying a single word. That's the way how you respect your customer. That is the way how you make your brand name. I am really disheartened and won't shop ever again at Generation. We are educated people, our money is legal, why would I tear the shirt myself. Better to own your brand first then come in market!"
