"Really a very bad experience with TCS over Eid! My in laws sent me an eid dress from Lahore and only God knows where TCS delivered it as I never received it, neither did I sign any receipt for the same. When I complaint I was told that TCS visited my flat and the parcel was delivered. Luckily we have a proper CCTv surveillance system installed in our building and I showed them proof that no one from TCS visited our building. Despite sending messages no one from TCS ever contacts you back. Delivery made at wrong address! It was my good luck that it was a Cash On Delivery transaction and the receiver refused to accept and sent the item back! The most frustrating thing is that no one ever contacted me which is a usual practice by courier companies when there is a confusion due to delivery address. "TCS Mardan office should be closed or all employees working there should be fired and a new efficient staff be hired! Nothing is delivered on time. Even they drop your parcel in a mosque and then call to collect it from there. They will call you to pick it rather TCS delivering it or they don't deliver at all!
